Interestingly enough, voters approved a separate measure on the ballot stating that part of the funding from the sales tax increase would go toward a $15 million expansion at Alamance Community College.
According to the Times-News, ACC president Martin Nadelman says one vote does not necessarily reinforce the other, so funding options for the expansion will continue to be explored.
