No pun intended, but I hammered away at the City of Greensboro’s $20 million GTA headquarters and maintenance facility from the beginning.
Now the Rhino’s John Hammer hammers away, describing last week’s dedication as a combination of Saturday Night Live and Monty Python, with Mayor Robbie Perkins as the lead jokester.
If only this were a bad joke. The ultimate irony, of course, is everyone who attended the ceremony to pay homage to the wonderfulness of public transportation arrived by —you guessed it —-automobile.
