		<description><![CDATA[The right questions are not being asked before the taxpayers are gouged for additional funds to keep this sinking museum afloat. And they should be.

Who owns the physical property ( the building )? Are the owners getting rent money from the museum ? Is there the equivilent of money laundering going on here under the guise of a worthy cause ? As a non-profit shouldn&#039;t this information be available to the public and more importantly the City Council . ?

There are more unknowns that need to be known.]]></description>
